Salary, shifts, work life balance nothing is provided as promised and they say they are employee centric company but whenever you raise any queries the HRs don't even bother to check the problems you are facing they just say their signature statement 'as per policy'.

Teleperformance is such a good company but not Kolkata site.

Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only. Salary distribution, appraisal and grade wise salary increase was not good. Some time I found grade 4 take salary less then grade 2.

Job is secured till the time you are not doing anything against company policy.

Dislikes

They are not even giving near to market standards package and promotional increment from grade 1 to grade 2 is up to 15% only that too when u have exceed expectations ratings, so usually who get promoted from grade are usually getting just 10-12% of increment on their existing CTC.apart from that politics is obviously dirty and favouritism is on peak.

The thing I like the most about the TP that it hires needy people with physical disabilities so that they can too take their responsibilities and can go ahead. They do respect every field of employees whether it's an agent, security guard, house keeper. They do respect all of them.

No appraisal is too baad they just giving 2000 rs hike to those employees who achieved Exceed expectations and for meet expectations only 1000 rs... so basically there is no future.

Office politics, favourism, preassumption about you and your work. No one is there to listen your problem. It all dep3nds on your immediate boss. Always remember you join a company and you leave because of your boss.
