There is no job security . HR never helps in any issue , they do not treat good to employee . I was in Google process , Working at Google office . So google was providing some facilities .

Zero % job security . Company can fire any one any time . Even in 5 minutes . Its worse company so never join such a BPO type company . Only they ask for sell / develop business without providing any facility ..

I didn't liked my job. The worst part was my team leader. he was so partial, no professionalism, The company itself had no set policies and procedures. There were no sick leaves. One cannot take leaves on their own , even if they took leaves, the particular amount was deducted from their salary.
