As per work it's good and every1 mostly happy , but when it comes to hike of Annual totally poor not think about employees they think about themselves. Even you perform and your ratings 5 even they dont think about hike from management

They don't care about employees and they are alot of politics and internal ijp don't role as per employee. They hire from outside

They didn't fire me during the pandemic. They are 100%BAU.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
