I like the security sector and company policies in teleperformance . Team mates are good .... Love the work atmosphere ...

I don't like the salary they pay for us ... I hope this will reach to the management ..... We do a lot of work .... There is no hike for all who r working there .

Good work-life balance but don't expect long leaves to be sanctioned. Otherwise, you can turn off the moment you log-out. Client is good but management expects you to fill out forms and update things on an everyday basis. There's very little automated systems and most of the work is on Excel sheets

Very little real exposure. The project you work on may be uninteresting but cannot expect any change. People are expected to cope up with their tasks even if they face health issues while few projects are allotted to people without proper experience. Lot of politics and sometimes there is an open display of community based fraternity ( where people support members of their own). Most Leads are lacking soft skills and order people without requesting. The work culture is worst and people have little empathy for others' problems....Read More

everything, if you are in a supervisor position, HR will not listen anything that you say, they are only favorable to triagers, that too selected people, same thing goes with Team Leads as well. Hyderabad management is worst you can get in the entire Teleperformance, specifically in FE process.

Policies are made on emails. Hrs speak in a very harsh tone and are very insensitive to your issues. They also threaten and issue warning letters for no reason. They target people and gossip. One on one's no more remain confidential. They warn to stop growth. Bad experience with Farooque and Reena. This feedback is for Escalation Engineering project,Hyderabad.
