Recently got promoted as MIS executive (tried for almost 5 years, and after getting promotion got to know that my manager was playing favourites and that's the reason I failed in 16 test). Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max
Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

I like nothing about TP its a places with Officials having a mentality to abuse and misuse there hierachy. A PLACE FULL OF POLITICS if you raise a ticket against anyone due to there bad behaviour the whole floor will make you pay for it even the hr who should help also will threaten to remove the ticket
