I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

They told us while hiring that we would be permanent employee but gave us notice period without even listening to us as soon as the client decided to not work with the company even though the team performed very well. The thing is they are not listening anything the employees ask if them and we saying it's not in our hands.

There is a positive working environment within my team and kind of projects we get are very different from each other providing learning and development opportunities.

When client visit that time they game employee of the month not every month .Food court lot of cockroaches.. Their canteen also very worst hair in puff and samosa I showed it to that vendor... Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only.
