I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

They told us while hiring that we would be permanent employee but gave us notice period without even listening to us as soon as the client decided to not work with the company even though the team performed very well. The thing is they are not listening anything the employees ask if them and we saying it's not in our hands.

Dislikes are high however Point no.1 There is no fun party if they contected also it would come to our ears .. When client visit that time they game employee of the month not every month .Food court lot of cockroaches.. Their canteen also very worst hair in puff and samosa I showed it to that vendor... In that canteen food rate snacks rate are too high... Toilet are very worst while flush the toilet some drainage also came with water.....Read More

I was working for Thomas Cook pvt ltd process and it has unlimited incentive structure that attracts me to work harder and earn more money.

You will have to leave your self respect outside the company. And of course, forget about your mental peace. The environment is very toxic and management is never friendly and not helpful. The security staff will treat you like a prisoner facing some serious charges. Also the Hebbal office space and cafeteria is very unhygienic. Rats and pegeon infestation is a common sight here. I don't know about other process but in which process (AML) I am working, it is very good in terms of incentives, promotion through IJP, these two things are really good, here u can earn more than ur salary in terms of Over time. Little bit work pressure but not that much that u can't handle. Language can be barrier but if ur communication is weak u will get chance to improve it here. HR management is good but recruited is bribing

Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

I dont like it as i really want to join teleperformance. But they are not making me in.

I was the employee of teleperformance from 2022 to 2024. And then i had left the teleperformance. But now i am wanting to rejoin the teleperformance the management is saying that you were having the pointers. But as per policy the employ should not leave the teleperformance on active pointers. But i was not having the active pointers and they are not making me in.
