Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.

Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

I don't know about other process but in which process (AML) I am working, it is very good in terms of incentives, promotion through IJP, these two things are really good, here u can earn more than ur salary in terms of Over time.
