According to me and others, Very bad experience on this organization, No job secure, every persons switch to other company within a days and month, office politics, No manners HR recruiter Shivam 398 building and HR rude and shit behavior to own employees, management treat employees like dog. And so many hates of this organization.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

When client visit that time they game employee of the month not every month .Food court lot of cockroaches.. Their canteen also very worst hair in puff and samosa I showed it to that vendor... Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.
