I'm blessed to be working from Home!
Just a simple drawback in summer that we are not provided with AC cabs besides that everything is perfect. However, even with all the situation. I'm glad we are still employed and working from home.

- Everything around the job that was NOT Teleperformance. - You can experience aspects of slavery, while you still get paid a little. - Good place for mental masochists
- worst employer ever!! - violation of human rights article 12 (privacy, correspondance) - abuse of power - treating Portuguese better than foreigners - heavy workload - low income - stress - people from TP arbitrarily searching your drawers in your room - mismanagement - empty promises - they do nothing to keep experienced people -they tend to work people out that got promoted, unless they're Portuguese - you get fired for no reason, all you can do is go to court - once fired you need to leave the house within 24 hours - during COVID-19 they put people on the streets, even though that is illegal - good reasoning to go against the will of the boss, is answered with power abuse until the will is met - contracts in an understandable language - all paperwork TP needs to do takes months and months longer than promised - as a result I had no health insurance for 3 months!! - they protect higher layers within the company at the expense of the lowest - discrimination (Portuguese before foreigners) - racism (colored people are grouped together, all the cleaners are dark skinned) - the list goes on and on but my time is up!...Read More

Recently I have attend interview in teleperformance the company has interviewed me by phone call final round also completed finally they said u will receive a call from HR. I won't receive any call from one week Im eagerly waiting for call what they want to say may I appointed or not..if appointed im very excited to work.

The management is not good if a person like me get a chance to manage a process like I adobe in teleperformance I think I'll handle better because the managers they are not focusing on agents and their work they are busy in their internal politics and because of that it impact for I can say hammer the all over process

Salary comes on time. Mostly We get leaves as per the requirement.
Trainer (Janvi Parmar) of CIBIL process is not professional. She plays love games with her Trainees. She mix personal and work life together. She does partiality while giving leaves to trainees.

I don't like anything, they are asking negative amount of 12,600 for rehiring . so i dropped joining there. They told am x employee of TP but i worked only 2 days, 3rd day to attend funeral they not gave leave...they told to join after 3 month if i take leave..so i left organization .again i gave interview they are asking 12,600 rs

I like nothing about TP its a places with Officials having a mentality to abuse and misuse there hierachy. A PLACE FULL OF POLITICS if you raise a ticket against anyone due to there bad behaviour the whole floor will make you pay for it even the hr who should help also will threaten to remove the ticket

I like all the Teleperformance environment. A very good place for a fresher employee.
I don't like Teleperformance support staff because they don't want anyone to get promoted and never help. I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. However, I waited for six months, but they never provided me with the Team Leader documents

Nothing to like in this old school impractical setup.
The promoted environment and style of working is stifling with egoistic leaders who dominate over HR. Leaders go to the extent of manufacturing artefacts, in the name of policy adherence to victimize employees. It's actually a corporate nightmare.
