Teleperformance is such a good company but not Kolkata site.

Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only. They are not even giving near to market standards package and promotional increment from grade 1 to grade 2 is up to 15% only that too when u have exceed expectations ratings, so usually who get promoted from grade are usually getting just 10-12% of increment on their existing CTC.apart from that politics is obviously dirty and favouritism is on peak.
