Worst company I've worked with. Even the managers are so unclear of their statements.Working culture is so bad. Despite working so hard you wont get any certificate of appreciation because their R&R is conducted months later. Also there is no fixed incentive plan. Everyone has a different say in this. At the end when you finally decide to leave the company because of the sick culture they'll deduct the remaining incentives from F&F despite signing the document containing details about the incentive you were supposed to receive....Read More
