I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

Dislikes are high however Point no.1 There is no fun party if they contected also it would come to our ears .. When client visit that time they game employee of the month not every month .Food court lot of cockroaches.. Their canteen also very worst hair in puff and samosa I showed it to that vendor... In that canteen food rate snacks rate are too high... Toilet are very worst while flush the toilet some drainage also came with water.....Read More

The job is very interesting and the team is very supportive . I never thought I would actually do well because I had to unlearn many things and adapt to new learnings but I had a lot of support from my trainers and leaders .

The breakout areas help us to relax and recharge ourselves . Being able to play a game of table tennis or pool with my friends on a break was one the experience that I missed the most and I'm glad that I will be able to do the same again very soon .

Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

For WFH they don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

My laptop has a SSD issue I had told my company n number of time but no one listen and it's been 1.5 year I have been telling about same to.multiple leadership. But uhhh . High leadership is just worst . No good changes . I missed time when vikas was our director . New leadership joins . Make useless changes remove alll our benefits . Decreased increament scale . they promote unskilled people, person with no leadership skill, problem solving skills, and knowledge of how to handle employees can become TL , assistant manager or even manager.

1 bad HR services never meet my HR 2 no job security they fire employees with out any reason. they made foolish reasons of there own. 3 they hire employees in august for diwali festival season after season end job end.

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.
