Nothing is there to like.
There is an atmosphere in which only those person can grow who has a big tongue. Managers missuse there powers for there personal benifits. Girls has high probability of getting promoted faster compared to boys, all they need to do is build an inappropriate relationship with there managers which becomes a great advantage for there career growth.

I was working for Thomas Cook pvt ltd process and it has unlimited incentive structure that attracts me to work harder and earn more money.
Offered salary was very low as compared to market and other companies. Lots of politics for promotions.

There is literally nothing to like about this company. Join this company at your own risk.
You will have to leave your self respect outside the company. And of course, forget about your mental peace. The environment is very toxic and management is never friendly and not helpful. The security staff will treat you like a prisoner facing some serious charges. Also the Hebbal office space and cafeteria is very unhygienic. Rats and pegeon infestation is a common sight here. HR management is good but recruited is bribing
Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

Nothing. Its was my biggest mistake. Firstly they hire you and keep asking you to work and few moths later they ill throw you out.

I dont like it as i really want to join teleperformance. But they are not making me in.
I was the employee of teleperformance from 2022 to 2024. And then i had left the teleperformance. But now i am wanting to rejoin the teleperformance the management is saying that you were having the pointers. But as per policy the employ should not leave the teleperformance on active pointers. But i was not having the active pointers and they are not making me in.
