The management is not good if a person like me get a chance to manage a process like I adobe in teleperformance I think I'll handle better because the managers they are not focusing on agents and their work they are busy in their internal politics and because of that it impact for I can say hammer the all over process

Management is unskillful still they're promoted and sitting on top tiers without 0 skills. No chance of growth until you're management's favourite. Imperfect incentive slab which you don't get usually. However someone who's favorite he/she will definitely get more than the deserving person. Worst management and worst managers. Awful experience

HR management is good but recruited is bribing

Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

Very bad office politics My husband is suffering from various health issues Weekends are also working overall 24 hours if employee works still work load is very high Managers keep bullying people working under them Very bad culture

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. I don't like anything, they are asking negative amount of 12,600 for rehiring . so i dropped joining there. They told am x employee of TP but i worked only 2 days, 3rd day to attend funeral they not gave leave...they told to join after 3 month if i take leave..so i left organization .again i gave interview they are asking 12,600 rs

I like nothing about TP its a places with Officials having a mentality to abuse and misuse there hierachy. A PLACE FULL OF POLITICS if you raise a ticket against anyone due to there bad behaviour the whole floor will make you pay for it even the hr who should help also will threaten to remove the ticket

I don't like Teleperformance support staff because they don't want anyone to get promoted and never help. I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. However, I waited for six months, but they never provided me with the Team Leader documents
