According to me and others, Very bad experience on this organization, No job secure, every persons switch to other company within a days and month, office politics, No manners HR recruiter Shivam 398 building and HR rude and shit behavior to own employees, management treat employees like dog. And so many hates of this organization.

Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

Dislikes

For WFH they don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

they promote unskilled people, person with no leadership skill, problem solving skills, and knowledge of how to handle employees can become TL , assistant manager or even manager.

1 bad HR services never meet my HR 2 no job security they fire employees with out any reason. they made foolish reasons of there own. 3 they hire employees in august for diwali festival season after season end job end.

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

All the managers and the team leaders are worst. No one wants to help the employee. All the high designations are doing show off with thier work culture. The work culture and the work balance is really very bad. All uses slangs to scold someone or the other. If the employee wants to take a leave the managers and the TL do not approve the leave, rather they remove all the access from the floor and sent a mail to your maild id of Full and Final settlement. The worst company ever I have ever seen. And also, they "DO NOT GIVE THE EXACT SALARY THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE OFFER LETTER." Nothing much . they will make you work like machine every single day. sometimes we have worked from 10 pm to 7pm without even a single break.so pathetic work culture.

sales pressure targets you are forced to dial 400-500 numbers in a single day or you have to do sales plus they have had stopped me till 8pm for doing calls and make sales daily very unprofessional behaviour

Pathetic company, your work life balance sucks. There is no help from the Superiors.. Managers act like they are God's of the company and now this is their own company . Nobody follow rules but if something happens HR will first question the rules... The only thing which was positive in this company was my Team Leader. He was really helpful and rather than that I will call this place rotten to core.

Everything. This company will destroy your work life balance, they do not have any sick leave if an employee is feeling unwell they will force you to work for them. You literally have to beg for your half day or leave. And if you are not close to the AM (Assistant manager) or to OM ( Operation manager ) you are not getting anything.The process I was working for was amazon domestic special LOB queue. The most shouting manager was Sneha Pandey, she is like a 🦎 cold blooded women and her right hand Tania Gorai who is a red witch. They will make sure that you are not happy. Even if they get to know that you are happy in your job life they will definately take initiative to destroy that attitude of yours. After these two frogs, there are 🍑lickers all around them who will satisfy them in any manner. Another TL is Ravi Shankar Singh, this dude is the defination of egoistic bulldog. He behaves with his employees like servant. If you take morning shift he will not let you even eat your breakfast and try his absolute best to kill you in hunger. On the other hand he loves to make foods for our beloved lady lizard (Sneha Pandey). If tou don't want to destroy your career/health/ mental health/ethics don't come around. They dont have proper trainner to train the new joinee, ops Manager are not supportive, HR only concern of smoking, you will get HR at smoking zone... They only support for smoking. There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. No matter what problem you have, any urgency, any trouble you face, these people will not let you take leave. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. At the end of the day they scold you for not completing your targets and there is no etiquettes, manners nothing. Team leaders will talk to you as if you have asked for a share in their property. My laptop has a SSD issue I had told my company n number of time but no one listen and it's been 1.5 year I have been telling about same to.multiple leadership. But uhhh .
