Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Dislikes

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

The job is very interesting and the team is very supportive . I never thought I would actually do well because I had to unlearn many things and adapt to new learnings but I had a lot of support from my trainers and leaders .

The breakout area help us to relax and recharge ourselves . Being able to play a game of table tennis or pool with my friends on a break was one the experience that I missed the most and I ' m glad that I will be able to do same again very soon .

They terminate the employees without any reason..when u ask for resignation letter,they will ask to pay Rs2000..as they have terminated u during the probation period..fake and worst company.. their motto is hire and fire

At Teleperformance they credit salary on time ie on the last day of the month. The trainers are good.

Salary is less, No proper management, There is no Work- life balance. The TL's are behaving like having they are the owners of the company. No promotion opportunity for the right candidate there is always favorism for the candidate who licks managers shoes only they get promotion. I would not suggest anyone to join this company.

Every thik and they are running scame in goregaon branch at client location which is Aisan paints office Asian paints is payment 30k for under graduate and 35k for graduate but are only given 15k to 17k salary and there is 130 per for overtime mentioned in agreement between asian paints and Teleferformance but the are not giving overtime
