Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Dislikes

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

Teleperformance management lacks corporation regarding leave requests, requiring detailed explanation for urgent matters. Accidentally, the salary is below expectations and despite raising complaints about pay discrepancies, there has been no action taken to address my concern.

The job is very interesting and the team is very supportive . I never thought I would actually do well because I had to unlearn many things and adapt to new learnings but I had a lot of support from my trainers and leaders .

The breakout area help us to relax and recharge ourselves . Being able to play a game of table tennis or pool with my friends on a break was one the experience that I missed the most and I ' m glad that I will be able to do same again very soon .

The job security is good.

Dislikes

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

All the managers and the team leaders are worst. No one wants to help the employee. All the high designations are doing show off with thier work culture. The work culture and the work balance is really very bad. All uses slangs to scold someone or the other. If the employee wants to take a leave the managers and the TL do not approve the leave, rather they remove all the access from the floor and sent a mail to your maild id of Full and Final settlement. The worst company ever I have ever seen. And also, they "DO NOT GIVE THE EXACT SALARY THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE OFFER LETTER." So far nothing in 2 years. No work culture, abusive environment, bully old vintage people, hopeless amd low esteem peers. Committed bonus is not paid, unrealistic expectations. Hire people with fake and unprofessional promises. Withdrawn cabs once someone joins in

Nothing much . they will make you work like machine every single day. sometimes we have worked from 10 pm to 7pm without even a single break.so pathetic work culture.

sales pressure targets you are forced to dial 400-500 numbers in a single day or you have to do sales plus they have had stopped me till 8pm for doing calls and make sales daily very unprofessional behaviour
