Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

Pathetic work culture in TP, no support from HR end all are just 12th pass hired HR they don’t even know how to behave with the people with employees they guys behaving like we are owner of the company. I will never suggest to anyone to join TP.

No one helped when i raised mental harassment because of the director and wanted to leave the company on spot. Infact i was asked to pay and then leave but when i am not mentally ok to work how can work their and the director who mentally harassed always kept asking me to put down my papers and he will waive off notice period but this never happend

The work culture is bad and specifically abt ijp rolled out they give to people they know who is working there for many years and no appraisal and salary is very less for all the roles that’s there . Hr over there is a problem creator and it is not employee centric at all. Not good environment to work. A very dirty place to work

Dislikes are high however Point no.1 There is no fun party if they contected also it would come to our ears .. When client visit that time they game employee of the month not every month .Food court lot of cockroaches.. Their canteen also very worst hair in puff and samosa I showed it to that vendor... Teleperformance is well known company and I was happy to work in the company. My maximum experience was fantastic with TP.

I dislike the management of Teleperformance. Their is no any management for employee care. HR and EC department are not able to take any decisions in favor of employees. All the department are dependent on higher managers, who are doing partiality and favourtism with the employees according to their religion. After giving of 6 years of loyalty and stability to the company, I'm facing issue of racism, disrespect, managers showing down to sikh religion and comments on character. They always want to go on trips with female employees, but after denying them they doing all the things which impacted on professional life. There was not any plan to leave the company but managers giving lots of mental stress everyday by saying alots of inappropriate and unprofessional words. So at the end I'm forced by them to resign. Their is no any right to speak about these issue, because their is no rule against the management. Also they are not paying for overtime what employees did as per business requirements, which is totally against the labor law. Now they are creating problems in full & final settlement. I just want fair decisions on all of the above and want to clear my overtime and final settlement along with experience letter....Read More

I don't like Teleperformance support staff because they don't want anyone to get promoted and never help. I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. However, I waited for six months, but they never provided me with the Team Leader documents

Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.
