1. Infrastructure (Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon), had no designated parking space for employees, a separate back door entry for employees, washroom equipment wasn't maintained. Sanitary pad vending machine broke down couple of times every month. Toilet papers weren't provided in the men's washroom. 2. Salary: Employees who have been working for at least 5 yearsand have more expertise in their respective fields earn 35% less than newly hired employees at the same band level with less expertise which creates a sense of disparity amongst the individuals. The increment %, Appreciation efforts by mid level management is lacking here, feels like the whole system is depressed, deep down. 3. Mid level management and upper management, they don't seem to care about the career paths or R&R or coaching of their subordinates, eventually entry level management employees start burning out, and since they also don't care about mental health the employee eventually has to leave. No reconciliation is offered at the exit. 4. Administrative staff, who have been working here for the past few decades, have lost the zeal of performing, hence they're not helpful, ever. 5. TP endorses inclusiveness and equality however the people here have no acknowledgement, consideration, many times it has been observed that out of the state employees are treated in a certain manner. 6.Glass door ceiling is true to its core here, female management is either feared/ignored/not included/taken casually/casual sexism is observed too....Read More
