The job security is good.

Teleperformance is well known company and I was happy to work in the company. My maximum experience was fantastic with TP.
I dislike the management of Teleperformance. Their is no any management for employee care. HR and EC department are not able to take any decisions in favor of employees. All the department are dependent on higher managers, who are doing partiality and favourtism with the employees according to their religion. After giving of 6 years of loyalty and stability to the company, I'm facing issue of racism, disrespect, managers showing down to sikh religion and comments on character. They always want to go on trips with female employees, but after denying them they doing all the things which impacted on professional life. There was not any plan to leave the company but managers giving lots of mental stress everyday by saying alots of inappropriate and unprofessional words. So at the end I'm forced by them to resign. Their is no any right to speak about these issue, because their is no rule against the management. Also they are not paying for overtime what employees did as per business requirements, which is totally against the labor law. Now they are creating problems in full & final settlement. After these two frogs, there are 🍑lickers all around them who will satisfy them in any manner. Another TL is Ravi Shankar Singh, this dude is the defination of egoistic bulldog. He behaves with his employees like servant. If you take morning shift he will not let you even eat your breakfast and try his absolute best to kill you in hunger. Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.
For WFH they don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.
