Full ac almost 16° celcius. Employee shivers in cold but as manger wants no one can complaint about it.
Recently got promoted as MIS executive (tried for almost 5 years, and after getting promotion got to know that my manager was playing favourites and that's the reason I failed in 16 test). Work life balance is very bad employees are made to work from 1PM to next day morning 8AM. Very bad office politics My husband is suffering from various health issues Weekends are also working overall 24 hours if employee works still work load is very high Managers keep bullying people working under them Very bad culture

Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max
Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

HR management is good but recruited is bribing
Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

I dont like it as i really want to join teleperformance. But they are not making me in.
I was the employee of teleperformance from 2022 to 2024. And then i had left the teleperformance. But now i am wanting to rejoin the teleperformance the management is saying that you were having the pointers. But as per policy the employ should not leave the teleperformance on active pointers. But i was not having the active pointers and they are not making me in.
