Good location for times when you are not getting hired by anyone

Pathetic Management. Trainers, MIS and QAs are kept in Same Pay band as agents for years before they even begin considering you for the next oppertunity. Operation teams don't do jack shit, just makes money for free with no hassle what so ever. But don't bother applying for Lead position because they will almost never hire anyone who's truly capable of being a Lead. IJP candidates are given partial treatment when it comes to Lead roles. They rejected me for Lead role stating Comms issue, then Promoted me to Trainer when none else was interested in the position. You'd have to be lucky to expect any Support from OPs teams on your initial days. Worst place to work with....Read More
