Nothing ,I have worked for 14 years now and have worked with several big brands and hands down it is the worst place to work .

Dislikes

Work culture is bad. Posh is a dummy policy ajs many face harrasment without any resolutions. Work pressure is tremendous. Work life balance is not there as managers and team members do not know boundaries and will call you even at midnight to get updates on work or other work related things.
