Staff is too supportive and the salary gets credited on time that's the only thing to be liked

If there was negative rating for the work life balance I would have surely given the negative rating because work life balance is 0 because they ask 8 hours of pure login and and don't even give the time to breathe in that 8 hours and have 1 hour of break but that break also goes in completing the login hours. Apart the salary, the incentive is a big plus and support for any ideal hard working representative, it is on priority and not managed outside of thd office as it requires peace of mind to worklife balance. The support of the head staff and few other responsible is not at a level where you can explain as a decision is made.
