I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth

I felt the worst thing in TM is the HR department, We had to leave the office because of the Process Ramp Down. It's been 2 years since he left the office but my PF money is not withdraw yet. PAN Card is not verified in EPFO portal so I'm not able to apply for PF withdraw. I requested to you please help me regarding the same.
