About the Role

We are seeking skilled and experienced Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of international voice process experience
• Maximum gap of 6 months in employment
• No cash-in-hand Salary experience
• Flexibility to work in Rotational shifts

Salary

• For candidates with below 18 months of international experience: up to 5LPA
• For candidates with above 18 months of international experience: up to 5.5 LPA CTC
• Note: Salary will be discussed and validated based on salary slips

Selection Process

Interview rounds: HR, VNA, and Operations
