they were helpful in many ways but they dont understand the stress of the employee and they dont care if someone in the family is ill or died , they just want you to show up on work even though if there is issue at home

Before techm I have good opinion on the mcs but after joining my opinions are totally changed worst experience Please fresher who are wanted for best career i want to request to not join No timing,if it was software issuse we have to work extra otherwise no salary job secuirty is very very low, they will always threatening the job waste of time,no time learn new skills for job shift always work on festivals day,etc., they dont give you the proper leave. salary paying so much deduction came it is a work from home,but you have own aptop,wifi,etc., please skip these job role who want to apply ,otherwise you will face the issuse....Read More
