Not good appraisal, learning program need to improve if some one is busy on the project then not getting update and give time into that. Don’t respect employees if you have questions and queries then no one is there to answer even HR don’t reply.

Everything depends on project manager and fortunately we got a good one. Work load is like any other company but value will be given to hard working person. Overall good company providing job opportunity to needy.

Less hikes but can be adjusted if job security is primary requirement.

Any employee can balance their work and life while working in TCS. Though this thing doesn't matter for most of employees now a days, but it really matters when it comes to your mental well being. And most of the IT companies are promoting toxic work culture but not TCS.

Dislikes

Salary and Promotions are too low/slow which doesn't give enough motivation to work and grow by being in TCS for longer period.

Micromanagement, There are some Leads and managers who openly say "we are doing Miro-management or have to do micor-management". Accepts any tasks any time without reviewing the Team loads, just to make upper management happy. Employees Shift times are not respected.

I hate this company because i have worked here for 9 years in 4 different teams but any where you go people in bangalore think champus. manager getting there own brother sister and friends and giving them hike but the members who is actually working hard should just suffer a lot
