So many. No proper work timing. 1 person is responsible for working on business hours, non business hours and on weekend. Management is very poor. Management won’t understand your personal problems as well. Everyone will torcher you. You won’t get any sympathy even you have supported team on bad time. They say remote work would be establish but no they force you to work from office only. There is no common policy for all. TCS is a great place for providing different learning platforms for having the continuous learning. The other factors such as work life balance, work satisfaction, promotions and appraisal depends upon the project environment

As this is a large organisations, the associate may not get the choice of project interested for low experience associates.

Everything depends on project manager and fortunately we got a good one. Work load is like any other company but value will be given to hard working person. Overall good company providing job opportunity to needy.

Nothing to like here almost everything is worse. They force you to work in any project in unit even better projects outside unit they Will not release you.

Work life balance and project as per our skill set should not expected in tcs. Management talk in rude manner like master and slave rule. When you get project release they wont allow you to go project which having good technologies they force you to take what ever project they give you else they talk in rude manner. Very worst management.
