Work life balance is good. For managers and above, Variable pay is just as good as nothing. Consider there is no variable and whatever you get is a plus. HR process is very bad, they don't answer any question, you may expect a reply from Prime minister office, but don't expect solution from HRs. The assets you get (laptop, mouse etc) are outdated.

Tricky Variable pay. Very lengthy process of approvals even for a very small thing, have to deal with or penetrate through many layers of hierarchy. Unusable banch strength, have interviewed many banch candidates(who were on banch for 2+ years) and believe me they are just shit. Sometimes feel like for a fresher TCS is not at all a good company. Those freshers who got the project can do better but for those who are not part of any ongoing projects are actually ruined and fews are like they not at all want to be in the project. RMG dictatorship, they push the banch people in irrelevant projects, if candidate refused then RMG block their payroll.
