unfortunately from the available data. since the last two decades tcs has become a tamil first organisation. at all the levels of employement, there seems to be a majorit of tamils, starting from the CXO level. the ceo cfo cto and coo are tamils. just for variety sake they have given chief something positions to people like lakkad and ritu. now coming down to the consulltant, asoc and asc levels, majority of them are tamils. who promote only other tamils. it gets really dirty down at the ita and ase levels. where as the telgus,marathis, gujjus, bengalis and othershave to beg and cry for everything, they will have to wait for endless cycles for their promotions, which they may or may not get, only after tamils have been prmoted. so basicly, its a tamil mafia which is ruiling tcs now and use Ratan TATA's name to promote their brand name....Read More

I was excited when I joined. My skills got degraded. I am working with under graduate and non IT people who has BPO experience. To save the cost HR didn't not hired skilled resources. Worst experience in my career.
