Nothing. Hr behaviour is very rude. They act like they own company. No updates on your query also no response over mail or call.

Dislikes

All things in tcs dislike. The most of the worst department is HR department. They do not care about employees or joiner. No response over mail or call.

Salary learning programs and company policies are good. Company is very much flexible for employees. Excellent transport facility.

Dislikes

All types of flexibilities are depends on project in which individual is working. If company is having 9 hours working but if project manager or project requires 10 hours then they force you to work for 10 hrs. They even force to work on week offs without any compensation charges. And when you want to have complementary off for thatthey will not give as per your choice. No rewards and recognition. Partiality amongst employees....Read More

0 to 1 YOE - 3.5-7 LPA 2 YOE- 6-12 LPA 3 YOE- 9-18 LPA 4 YOE - 12-24 LPA 5 YOE- 15-30 LPA Your salary should be yoe*3 at the minimum. If not, then their is so much potential to be utilized for you to up your game. Their is no point in being loyal slaves. Be a Ramta jogi and earn good money.
