The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a test different roles within the team.

Performance bonus they deduct lakhs of rupees in CTC and pay only 33% of our money for for no reason. In TCS, performance bonus is not dependent on employee performance neither company performance. It's depend on top management. Simply they show the amount in CTC which nowhere will be getting to employees. We will not be getting theright answer from HR.
