I would like to again join Tata Consultancy Services but as per my knowledge they will not be hiring again their old employees once they have resigned that only one thing is making me upset.

TCS only has brand name.Inside TCS nothing is good. A lot of favouritism and politics however it’s everywhere but not like TCS it’s next level. Even not proper Management nobody is there to help you.

Working with TCS is great experience but the project to which I have worked the managers are too toxic. They won't give respect to other health, they force the associates to report to office even on sick leave.

Dislikes

Mangers toxic nature. Least respect to the associates. Iam not telling that every manager is like that in TCS but my projects managers are like that.

Based on projects opinion may vary. In my opinion it is a good company with job security and if you stay long term you will have opportunity to visit onsite

Tcs has many support projects if someone new enters tcs he will be given support project based on project requirement. If you want to change project you have to explain everything and even then you may not be given development project. Depends on project they may release you or hold you. Also since tcs has job security people are somewhat relaxed than other companies employee which result in them not developing skill overtime....Read More

TCS has very good work culture with very supportive colleagues, seniors, upper management, client and HR. I have experienced very good work life balance here with focus on effective and on time work delivery. Also job security is a prominent point here.
