Coming the benefits I have never seen such benefits some one giving Job security, Best Health Insurance for family , Cab facility, much more I am happy with the organisation in terms of benefits what we get.

Dislikes

Which I have abserved is management is not so responsible and coming to if any issues happens like assets replacement, new ID card issuing, related they took many months to resolve that issue. Lengthy process for any problem happened. Coming to salary increment for most employee get 2% to 5% hike every year. Many employees are setting Idle in the project

Only job security is the significant point worth appreciating other than nothing is at least equal to any existing brand name in the market. Senior, committed employess are valued with a commitment certificate only but outside hiring is valued with the price of Gem. If you work for 3-4 years here and change or want to spend last few4-5 years before retirement is the best decesion but don't expect anything as a career builder company. Do not join Internal projects in TCS like ultimatix,Sentinel.Team is very toxic.You will not get release unless you complete 3 years.You should join only client projects where you will learn lot.Do not join TCS Nagpur .Instead you can join TCS pune or any other.Many people in TCS Nagpur are on bench.RMG is totally hopeless.HR is also same.RMG and HR team have forcefully put people's in support projects like Global helpdesk,IS teams where you will not learn anything....Read More

There are several projects in TCS. But don’t ever try to go NIQ project. You will be exahusted. The amount of pressure in that project is insane. You don’t even have a social life. You need to work overnight and even on holidays and weekends. And if you complaint to your manager then no use. For them client is a god. And once you get into this project, dont expect any release.
