Based on projects opinion may vary. In my opinion it is a good company with job security and if you stay long term you will have opportunity to visit onsite

Tcs has many support projects if someone new enters tcs he will be given support project based on project requirement. If you want to change project you have to explain everything and even then you may not be given development project. Depends on project they may release you or hold you.
