Do not join Internal projects in TCS like ultimatix,Sentinel.Team is very toxic.You will not get release unless you complete 3 years.You should join only client projects where you will learn lot.Do not join TCS Nagpur .Instead you can join TCS pune or any other.Many people in TCS Nagpur are on bench.RMG is totally hopeless.HR is also same.RMG and HR team have forcefully put people's in support projects like Global helpdesk,IS teams where you will not learn anything....Read More

There are several projects in TCS. But don’t ever try to go NIQ project. You will be exahusted. The amount of pressure in that project is insane. You don’t even have a social life. You need to work overnight and even on holidays and weekends. And if you complaint to your manager then no use. For them client is a god. And once you get into this project, dont expect any release. No likes I've been stich in this company, this kind of sucks. They don't give you proper hike not even 10per for a year. No fecility in office, no tea or coffee vending machine, it's like 3 machine for 14 story office building at itpl banglore. No tissue paper in toilet. But they want you to work from office

I would never advise any young job seeker to work in such an institution. The experience I had with TCS was horrible and it had an adverse effect on my life. I was shocked at the company's behaviour regarding their female employee's well-being, as I never expected this out of such an esteemed and respected foundation like TATA.

Delivery practice and other people force employee to join red support project as most of aem people not joining tcs and my all friends resigned from here due to no opportunity no salary..very bad salary in hand lots of deduction Do not join this company..no salary no hike ..very high variable pay and payout 20 percent max for seniors ..no onsite in aem now in tcs 20 percent lucky people get that with buttering....you can not choose project on bench they will decide...Read More

They are very miser.. U will not get even a cup of coffee without bringing ur own. No teams or Outlook access until u get project allocation. On Bench they will make ur life hell and allocate u any random project without making any skill set. No HR or suppprt function contact numbers are available in case of any emergency help needed and u keep on dropping mail to them.
