Very Ornestly I did not get any support from company in Feb 19/20 I put resignation due to personal problem but in Covid-19 In April I try to take my resignation back but company did not take it back as per TCS policy we can take resignation back till the last date but my HR told me that policy has been change in lockdown due to COVID-19 we cannot take resignation back after that I connected with head of HR but they also told me same thing I don’t understand when people need help bye following the hyharkey but they are also help less.
