I like the culture here. There are so many employees coming from different states and are very nice. Also there is caste discrimination. If you are a hijabi or naqabi you can happily wear it without any problem.
It's actually hard to describe likes and dislikes but to be honest it's unfair forany employees working here. Some are getting extremely tough projects and team is also not supportive instead they want you to do everything all alone. Whereas some employees are on bench from almost a year or two.

Freshers can learn and gain skills sets and can switch to another company. Tcs is not like company it is more of like school. After college you can start your professional journey from here. But it has its own drawback which I'll discuss in dislike section. Some of Its policy is good but also these have its own drawback XD. such as health insurance benifits, No layoff policy.
Lack of employee centric policy. Most of the people working here because of job security and life insurance benifits. Salary of a freshers is not practical according to current days scenario. Freshers have less scope to grow up and less promotion opportunities. No matters how much work are you delivering higher management will only force you to come back office.
