Only job security is the significant point worth appreciating other than nothing is at least equal to any existing brand name in the market. Senior, committed employess are valued with a commitment certificate only but outside hiring is valued with the price of Gem. Dislikes

Lack of new opportunities, poor management and ineffective leadership are major issues. Dirty politics force good leaders to leave, causing employees to suffer as management fails to follow TCS values. Everything depends on having good leaders.

Not good for freshers as we will not get desired hands on skill development and increment is not that good .

There is nothing to like about tcs. If you want to stay forever then only come toh tcs. Because in tcs , you will not able to learn anything. They will tell you about project and when you accept that project and start attending calls then you come to know that this is very different what they told.
