Work place environment was very positive I had enjoyed working in Tata Consultancy Services.

I would like to again join Tata Consultancy Services but as per my knowledge they will not be hiring again their old employees once they have resigned that only one thing is making me upset.

TCS only has brand name.Inside TCS nothing is good. A lot of favouritism and politics however it’s everywhere but not like TCS it’s next level. Even not proper Management nobody is there to help you.

In TCS no growth at all if don’t want to grow in life just want to earn salary you can join TCS

For first 2 year's no salary increment. HR did not communicate it with candidate while joining tcs. Mandetory 3 years lockin period for project.

Working with TCS is great experience but the project to which I have worked the managers are too toxic. They won't give respect to other health, they force the associates to report to office even on sick leave.

Dislikes

Mangers toxic nature. Least respect to the associates. Iam not telling that every manager is like that in TCS but my projects managers are like that.

They are not treating employees with good respect. Hr peoples are very rude. Even for checking something they are speaking in a rude way. Its been 2.5 months i got project still i didn't get license for TCS teams. Without teams very hard to connect with peoples also. Not proving proper support, proper work for your experience. I'm an automation tester but i'm doing manual work. Without intimating me they directly tagged me to this release sayinb frst learn functionality to do automation, but the worst thing is i'm not even learning functionality. Just doing UI validation, whether conton, design, links are correct. Overalll very worst organization. People can choose this organization only for job security that's it. If you are passionate to get an IT job then never enroll in mass hiring because you'll never know what job role you might end up with, even if you are just want to get into IT sector as a fresher then never choose TCS because they are absolutely cheap in terms of salary and the managers are condescending so you might feel frightenedto speak up at certain instances. People wont give you release if you have a dependency on you. In this way you will never learn new things with new people and process. The higher ups are just lazy and egoistic people who do not care for the company or its employees.

TCS offers good work life balance and average skill development. Once you are in they rarely fire. They have variety of projects where you will be mapped according to your skill even if you are average or poor in skill.

Dislikes

Poor salary hikes, Removal of hybrid mode. And Poor promotions. Only disadvantages of TCS job as a fresher is less money.

Age old thinking. Senior HR leaders follow HR processes set in place 2 decades back. Company misleads markets. To markets, company gives commentary that the performance is good, whereas to employees, company shares a picture that they are bleeding financially. In a way, they are cutting employee salary to feed dividends to shareholders.
