Good Company to work from with Ample of opportunities. One can reject N number of projects if he or she is not getting the desired one. Unlike other service based companies you can be on bench for some time to select a proper project for yourself by rejecting many. This option is not available with other service based companies where you have to find a project quickly once getting released. Best Company if you want to go to onshore across the Globe.Once you acquired the right demanding skillset then you would have onshore opportunities for multiple geographies. But in case you just want to work from India and don't want to Travel to onshore then the company is not providing good enough Hikes to stay..In case you want to be in india better switch to other companies as here the average hikes would in in Single digit that too at lower end. In case you want to join the company so it is advisable if come after 3 to 4 Job switches as TCS dnt take its X employees back. So better roam outside in all companies and join TCS at mid and Later part of the Career..
