Group life insurance (after death) is good which is 6X of your CTC.

TCS has stopped anniversary appraisal for experienced professionals. If any EP joins TCS, he will get their 1st appraisal depends on their joining month. I joined in Oct 2021 and got my 1st appraisal in Apr 2023.They do lot of changes in CTC and tries to bring down the take home salary.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
