TCS is a prestigious organization, people join with lot of hope and expectation. It has all the power and ability to provide potential carder to all who joins.

Dislikes

TCS is ruined by some middle level unskilled self proclaimed leaders. They inhibit insecurities and thus restrict growth for others. Organization goals are least important to them before self goal. A serious grooming and training required for these layers to understand the core values of the company
