Job Security and number of projects even if you are on the bench they will not fire you. And you will get a project very fast because they have lots of projects.

There is nothing to like. If you like comfortable life then join tcs and do not expect anything else.

Nothing new to learn new. Most of the projects are support very few development projects. If you are lucky then you get chance to work in development projects. My suggestion if you are new in professional career never join TCS. Learning graph is linear salary hike and promotion is almost negligible

There Project Relase process ,If somehow you tagged in a project which don't matches with your skills set ..Then you can't change it..This is specially for freshers.

Well the fact that every month the salary gets credited and maybe job security that's it

No employee perks or benefits. Powai branch has bad food services in there cafeteria and after multiple complaints no stringent actions are taken for improvement. No Diwali gifts not even sweets. There are many things to dislike thats the reason I am planning to leave now. What will I do of job security if I am not happy with my work.

Work life balance as compared to other companies it's better in TCS. TCS Office's are good. TCS canteen is great. TCS never layoff there employees, It's rare that TCS may fire you only due to some security reasons or else breach of conduct.

Not good for freshers, I'll recommend if your are a fresher and want to improve your skills then tcs should be your last priority, because as freshers if you want to grow in your career you have to face multiple challenges while working on your project which is very rare that you will face such challenges as you would be given some support role which would be some easier tasks like creating report and some similar stuffs and it's not important that you will get a project aligned to you skills you can get any kind of projects....Read More

Due to mass hiring you will find less skilled people around you. Feels like Freshers training is not up to mark. Other service based companies provides good training to freshers so that It makes them ready to work resources but here I worked with many freshers and feels like they are not trained well so not able to perform well in job.

Very Poor Salary with 1 percent hike annually. Have to go to office everyday. Offices are very bad with poor hygiene, even drinking water is not filtered. Toilets are dirty and don't work. Culture is worst with extremely bad politics and leg pulling.

Work culture at TCS was pretty good for me a lot less stressful with all facilities available inside campus.

Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low
