The management is worst and badly behaves with employee. Working in TCS (in my project) seems like we are working under and under rules of Britishers. No security and respect for females. Review for TCS, GG7.

Great work culture, good environment for networking and maintaining quality work life balance, with time and effort your work can get recognised and your presence and work points can easily reach to higher management at ease, here in the banking and finance unit it is consistently taking up and working on new technologies, being a strong competitor in the software product market.

Associate is required to rely on self learning for growth, appraisal and benefits are not up to market standards.

Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

Salary and benefits doesn't do any good, as per industry standards. Appraisals and peomotions also at mercy of managers only.

My career had the lowest low when I had to join TCS. It was all because of an internal transition and not voluntarily at all. There is absolutely no growth at all. Like zero growth financially inspite of I working in a very challenging and competent product based company, as my client.

I dislike everything. My mental health took a toll here thinking about what my career life is turning out to be.

Manager was very supportive they encouraged us to keep on learning and give our best. No extra hour of work we need to do. Incase of any doubt my lead and manager used to help us understand every single details of why and how we are going to fix it.

Middle management is worst and hrs are also supporting them instead of maintain ethics. All units are not bad but if got selected in SGB-BFSI insurance domain unit your life getting worse. Be aware while joining project avoid sgb product parent domain.

I really like the work culture and support from manager. And they gives us more time to enhance new technology. I have to say one word it's one of the best platform to work-life balance and job security. If they are provide me 50% hike I never ever left the TCS because as per my experience I received very low package and everytime I was felt underpaid.
