Work environment was excellent. All the seniors were very supportive and it was a very good learning environment experience.

Only job security and rest of the things depends on management politics for future career, growth and compensation benifits, also it's depends on process and management if all good then no issue

Dislikes

Company have to audit each and every process through external team for employees actual feedback, internal feedback won't work, based on that feedback company can get the actual reason for leaving company, so company can work accordingly in that area.

Financial growth is equal to null.. you can only read in newspapers about TCS financial high growth but when things comes regarding employees compansation, company react like ' If you want to resign, we don't care'
