Job security is something that TCS offered a best!! Even during any kind of critical situation, TCS provide a minimum salary to all their employees and care. Medical benefits are awesome for employee & their family. I would say the best among all the companies from India. I would suggest, that if you are in best team, don't ever think of leaving TCS.

Except growth to next level (in some department only) rest all are fine
