My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. Nothing good I found in past six years except some good colleague.

If you want growth don't join this organisation. Your performance and your appraisal are different things and no relation with eachother. Growth is lesser than inflation rate. And now a days no job gaurentee. Shrinking bench size and time span. Either you have to choose a process or leave in a month. Managers won't help you but definitely harrace you. If you want leave in between the projects then you have to find your backup associate (Manager or TL don't do anything in it as per them it's associates duty to find backup everytime), also you have to communicate to client about your backup. You have to take confirmation from backup associate as well as you have to share everything on email. Also you have to be online 24×7 while on holiday....Read More
