Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

All were good. I have learned so much. I love the fact that i am a part of different language team. Tcs is mnc. I was part of portugal and spain teams. Thats why i learn both languages and job location was vadodara thats can i learn gujarati language too.

Dislikes

They do not appoint after resignation and the cause of resignation was further language studies. This was big loss to me that i left that company for education.

This was a non voice bpo. My work was slightly challenging it was totally bank end process. Team leads and members taught me all process, gave me all kind of help realated job training e.g Excel, ms- office, ms -word and ppt.
